I was dreaming about Severus last night. Not that unusual in itself; I'm so saturated that he pops up with some regularity now, at least once every few weeks, and I think three times since last Thursday.

What I don't understand is what was with all the salad greens. (Spinach, arugula/rocket, and dandelions come to mind.)

In the context of the dream it was definitely a salad. It was rather odd.

I think he either eats whatever is provided in a picky fashion or treats his food preparation with the same care and high standards he uses in choosing potion ingredients.

So of *course* he would prefer fresh, ideally organic, greens with properties to recommend them beyond "crunchy'.
