1. Why do you dislike 11 (Harry/Ginny) so much?
Bah, Ginny just annoys me, and especially in the films they just have zero chemistry or emotional connection. I dunno if I could see Harry really paired with any of the various female characters, actually, but if I had to pick it would probably be Luna, followed by Hermione.
2. Who do you know that ships 13 (Severus/Sinistra)?

snapesgirl_62? This is a rarepair that only pops up occasionally. We know so little about Professor Sinistra that she may as well be an OFC when she's written, and a lot of people shy away from OFCs.
3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple 3 (Severus/Harry)?
Hm. I'm kind of a fan of Severus lived/was never in a near-death scenario in the first place and Harry takes up with him for some reason some years after the end of DH (Harry being in his 20s or 30s) and eventually cracks through his shell in a tender way rather than the raging sorrow way that Severus was burdened with through canon. Other stuff is incidental -- this can be them both teaching at Hogwarts, Harry having tracked down a presumed-dead or otherwise trying-to-stay-alone Severus, them chancing to run into each other, Harry being an Auror and needing to consult with Severus on something... whatever.
4. What is your favorite moment for 1 (Severus/Lily)?
In canon? Probably the scene where Lily asks him to tell her about the Dementors again, and hearing her say "Severus" puts that little smile on his face.
5. How long have you been following couple 6 (Severus/James)?
Hm, not long after I got into Harry Potter fanfic in the first place. I started with Severus/Sirius, you see.
6. What's the story with 8 (Harry/Draco)? What made you stop caring?
It's just too huge and I don't quite care enough about these two characters and their dynamic to make the effort to follow it.
7. Which ship do you prefer--2 (Severus/Sirius) or 4 (Severus/Draco)?
Severus/Sirius, hands down. My first and still strongest love, slash-wise. It's strange, I know, but somehow Sirius is my second favourite character.
8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from 10 (Severus/Hermione) or 12 (Severus/Dumbledore).
Ooh, tough one. I've relaxed somewhat on Severus/Hermione so I've got to go with Severus/Dumbledore, I guess. I have a hard time sexualizing Dumbledore, the age difference just blows my mind, and talk about your uneven balances of power! The man is outright emotionally manipulative of Severus. (I can handle mentor or "father figure" fic written in the milieu of earlier books and less thorough understanding of Dumbledore, but I just can't wrap my mind around a romantic or sexual pairing.)
9. What interests you about 14 (Fred/George)?

Imagining the Phelpses (who I know are kinda wrong vs. the canon description of the twins) being very naughty?
Actually, you know, where I like them most is as a cameo or side pairing, where the main plot point is someone getting some kind of clever object from them.
10. When did you stop liking 7 (Sirius/Regulus)?
I do still like it, it's just that (somewhat similar to Harry/Draco) I'm just not quite interested enough to really bother. I'll read it if it crosses my path, the incest doesn't turn me off or anything (see previous question), but I can't be arsed to seek it out.
11. Did your waning interest in 9 (Severus/Lucius) kill your interest in the series?
Again, it's more that while I do occasionally read some, it's not a pairing I care enough to purposely seek out.
12. What's a song that reminds you of 5 (Severus/Regulus)?

Hm. I think the one I get the most regular enjoyment out of is Severus/Harry, but the one I "love most" is probably Severus/Lily. It gives me the most happy squishiness or the most angst or the most hawtness for the buck, usually.

Um, maybe Harry/Ginny? I dunno. I don't bother my mind much with ships I don't like, I just don't read them and don't discuss them with people who do like them.
15. If you could have any of these pairings double date, who would they be?
lol. That would almost have to involve multiple Severi -- not that I have a problem with that, mind. ;) But assuming we don't do that, Severus/Lily and Harry/Draco would be interesting to watch.

17. Did 4 (Severus/Draco) have a happy ending? Do you think one is likely?
Not as a couple, duh. (This question doesn't make much sense unless it refers to a canon ship...) Separately, Draco seems to have made out all right; as for Severus, define "happy". He's probably relieved, whatever else you could say about it.
18. What would make you start shipping 14 (Fred/George)?
If I gave a bigger crap about the Weasleys in general? My favourite is actually Percy, even though he's kind of a brown-nosing git sometimes.
19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer--2 (Severus/Sirius) or 6 (Severus/James)?
Hmm, another toughie. I enjoy /Sirius more overall, but I get considerable guilty pleasure out of the "ha ha, Severus wins, see we told you he was worth something after all" aspect of /James. But I think I have to go with the former. While he's still hotheaded and rash, he does have somewhat of a responsible streak in him re: someone he considers a member of his pack (f. ex. his decent and caring advice to Harry in his GoF letters), so if you can get him to feel that way about Severus, I think it would do him some good to have a staunch defender like that. Plus, an abundance of long black hair for my visual titillation -- James wears it shorter. ;)
