D'you suppose Draco and Pansy were Head Boy and Girl during that seventh year we didn't see much of? Obviously it's not Ron and/or Hermione. And somehow I don't find it likely it would be Ernie Macmillan, Hannah Abbott (whose mother was "found dead"), Anthony Goldstein, or Padma Patil. So unless someone else was selected without having first been prefects a la James Potter (and possibly Lily too)...

I think you could reasonably make an argument for it. Although, with the Malfoys not being in favour with the Dark Lord, they might have made a point of choosing someone else. Perhaps Zabini or Nott.

It makes sense. It has to be a seventh year and Slytherins ruled the roost that year.

Draco wasn't at school, though, was he? He was with the other DEs. Unless I've got myself confused about which year you mean.

I don't think Draco was Head Boy; I think Snape would have shielded him from that kind of attention, feeding the Carrows the line that the Malfoys were finished so Draco didn't deserve the honor. Pansy, though, yes. No other male character suggests himself as the obvious Head Boy to me, since Crabbe and Goyle don't seem to operate independently.

If I were Snape I'd probably pick Millicent as Head Girl (she's unlikely to do too much damage, and is more controllable than Pansy), and one of the other DE kids - Theo? Goyle (since his father wasn't involved in the DoM debacle, unlike Crabbe's (and Nott's)
