I will probably regret asking this, but:
OK, so Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston have been all over my dash on tumblr for a while (even though I am into neither Sherlock nor the Avengers and did not follow anyone for that particular content... somehow it gets in there) and I get that the internet loves these two and hugs them and squeezes them and calls them George. But can someone tell me exactly what it means to be "Sherlocked" or "Loki'd"? Are they just a way of saying "I am a screaming fangirl"? (no disrespect to those!)

At the end of the episode he figures out the code, because he realizes that Irene loves him. Her code was 'S H E R', hence:
I Am
SHER
Locked
So now the fandom uses it to refer to crushing on, lusting after, or having feelings for Sherlock, or, more generally, to being obsessed over the show.
I think the Loki'd thing is just a play on the Sherlock thing, because it seems that suddenly, after seeing the Avengers, all the Sherlock fangirls are also in love with Loki.
