I'm not sure if it would be such a giveaway for a lot of people, but I do remember you mentioning it on more than one occasion. Honestly, I'd gotten suspicious on that one from the writing quality and character voices alone, and the line clinched it. I think Roses are Blue was one of the later ones I just got so wrapped up in I gave up trying to guess the author.
