Severus snape was alone in the library, studying for his OWLs while the other students wasted their time on something as frivolous as eating dinner. He sniffed, his nose wrinkling in distaste. "What's that smell?!", he wondered aloud. "It smells like rancid milk!" He put down his potions book, and began to search for the source of the pungent odor. It was behind a false bookcase in the restricted section of the library that he found it -- an old abandoned dairy. A gaunt cow looked up at him balefully and mooed.

Severus was not impressed, and he was defiant about it!
