lol. I doubt if it's actually Harry Potter related. Due to the high east Asian population around here (ca 45% as of the 2000 census, higher now I'm sure), about half of which are Chinese, I suspect it is something probably Chinese related that is lost on me. Or of course they might just mean the English word "won" (past tense of win), although I dunno why the word doubling in that case.
