(question from listener) "Had she been willing, do you think you could have been reconciled to a friendship with the adult Lily, even after she had married James?"

" [with increasing irritation] Quite frankly, my personal feelings are none of your concern. I suppose I owe this ludicrous question to Ms. Rowling's penchants for exaggeration and melodrama, so in the hopes of putting this issue behind me once and for all, I will say this:

When I said 'always' --

[softly] I meant it."


Cue me pausing to, like, cry. Tugging on the heartstrings, yo.

Looking pretty good. I think this is going to turn out well after all. To those of you on my flist who have signed up, thank you!

But HAY U GUYZ, CHECK IT OUT. Since I was uncomfortable signing up to participate, after my hopefully well-directed pimping (my apologies to anyone who has an flist like mine and therefore got totally spammed with this exchange a day or so ago), I offered my services to orpheus_samhain as far as running the exchange. I was half expecting "no, thanks", but got back "Might need help with posting, so if it's ok with you, I'll make you a comm maintainer, and please send me your email so I can give you the mod account login".

Er, uh. Well then! Sure! I can has usefulness on my favourite ship! Yaytastic!
