LOL! Indeed.
But then:
(question from listener) "Had she been willing, do you think you could have been reconciled to a friendship with the adult Lily, even after she had married James?"
" [with increasing irritation] Quite frankly, my personal feelings are none of your concern. I suppose I owe this ludicrous question to Ms. Rowling's penchants for exaggeration and melodrama, so in the hopes of putting this issue behind me once and for all, I will say this:
When I said 'always' --
[softly] I meant it."
Cue me pausing to, like, cry. Tugging on the heartstrings, yo.

"4. Play The Birthday Party's 'Release the Bats' over and over and over and develop a theory about how JK Rowling based the Severus Snape character on Nick Cave."
