D'you suppose Draco and Pansy were Head Boy and Girl during that seventh year we didn't see much of? Obviously it's not Ron and/or Hermione. And somehow I don't find it likely it would be Ernie Macmillan, Hannah Abbott (whose mother was "found dead"), Anthony Goldstein, or Padma Patil. So unless someone else was selected without having first been prefects a la James Potter (and possibly Lily too)...

Draco wasn't at school, though, was he? He was with the other DEs. Unless I've got myself confused about which year you mean.

Draco was at school - he was said to be 'home for the [Easter] holidays' when he's asked to identify the trio.

I'm not sure he's Head Boy though - presumably Snape had the choice and would he have chosen Draco, given that Voldemort isn't pleased with the Malfoys, and the need to reduce bullying as far as possible (isn't it Goyle who's torturing other students? I must do a re-read.)

Ah yeah, you're right. I agree that Snape might not have chosen him, though. Maybe they just didn't have a head boy and girl that year, since they had the Carrows instead? IDK.

What do you mean with the need to reduce bullying?

Draco is also forced to torture other students. He's not having fun. Crabbe and Goyle are having fun. They all do it under the Carrows orders.
