Dumbledore and Voldemort are both out with two rounds to go. Dumbledore lost to Lupin and Voldemort to Sirius (woo!). Draco must have just edged out Bellatrix at the end; when I looked yesterday it was 49.99% Draco to 50.01% Bellatrix (really).

Unfortunately this means the hour of Harry vs. Snape is at hand, and I doubt Harry is going to go down (*sniggers*) without serious rigging by Snapefen, as I said. For the semifinals I predict Harry vs. Hermione on the one side and Ron vs. Sirius on the other, which would lead to a final of... Harry vs Ron? Not sure on that one. But that's pretty bizarre. O.o

eta: Voting post for Harry v. Snape is here.

Yes, Harry is the main character of the series, and yes, his name inspires this very competition. But people love Snape, warts and all. Easily one of the most misunderstood heroes in all of "Potter" lore, chances are good that Severus gets more than a few sympathy votes here.

Sympathy votes? Sympathy votes?? *scoffs*

At the moment it's Harry Potter 40.55%, Severus Snape 59.45%. That's... actually large enough early lead he might pull it off, I dunno. (Great googly moogly. Is it conceivable we could wind up with Severus vs. Ron, Draco, or Sirius here? O.o)
