(dangit that dA has removed the automatically-make-an-LJ post share link! apparently that means that the LJ population is now small enough relative to Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr that they no longer consider it worthwhile to bother to include the code, even at what I assume would be trivial cost, since obviously it's already been developed (and, e.g., flickr itself still has such LJ repost code, though annoyingly, flickr won't let one repost to any LJ-clone BUT LJ itself, but I guess I digress...)

It's there, but it's tiny and ridiculous to find! D:

In that row of share stuff, click the downward pointing arrow, and you'll see those options. It's not at all intuitive, I don't know why they changed it.

I don't see LJ in there. I see Link, Embed, and the Thumb code (yeah, that annoyed me when I thought at first they'd taken that off the page and I was like WUT until I found it under the down arrow.) "Embed" won't work because Dreamwidth, where I crosspost from, will scrub the code (like you can't embed Youtube). dA used to have a thing which would actually open up the LJ update page with the post editing box pre-populated with the code necessary to produce a post such as this one. I had to copy and paste it into a DW posting page, of course, but it was pretty handy. That's the thing I'm speaking of them apparently having removed.
