If you hadn't wanted to join ontd_hogwarts and click through a bunch of links with smaller tidbits, you'll be able to find much of it collected on either/both of these. Particularly, the first one has all the Minerva McGonagall stuff put together, as well as a couple "Jo's thoughts" (NB this is my term for the out-of-universe stuff on how she created names, etc.; I dunno what it's actually designated as on the site) things I hadn't seen yet, about "Privet Drive" and "ghost plots".
