7 New Must-See "Harry Potter" Covers

In general, I vastly prefer this art style to the previous ones under the "slidy thing", as well as to the American covers, but I have to mostly agree with the commenter who said Harry looks like a 10-year-old girl on all of them - it's fine for him to appear so young on the first couple, but he hardly seems to get any older or taller.

The Hagrid and Dumbledore are quite good, though.

They're pretty, but really do look like exceptional dA art rather than illustrations for a children's book series. I dunno, nice, but the vibe just seems wrong.

There is and it's not a style I'm wild about, but it's really striking in terms of color and you're right, Dumbledore and Hagrid look great. Harry though. :/

Ooh, thanks for sharing this link! I do like lots of things about these covers - the colors, the composition, and the PoA one is just gorgeous and moving - but YEAH, Harry is way too tiny-looking in books six and seven! I thought Harry was tall-ish and athletic!
