I knew you were engaged, but I had gotten the impression that the wedding was still a long way away. I'm glad you were able to get everything in order so he could be with you. ;-) And I totally agree on the minimalist wedding idea: When I see all the wedding industry magazines, and all the money people dump into an extravaganza, well, I'd rather keep it simple and spend all that money on a nice vacation--or maybe a down payment on a house!

Between cake and food and mead and license and all, our wedding cost, oh... ~$400. lol.
