Via the whole world by now, but blamebrampton was the most recent one to hit my eyeballs.
Post a single sentence from each WIP you have (or as many as you want to pick). No context, no explanations. No more than one sentence!

1. Call it a gift: Sirius Black knows sex on legs when he sees it.

2. It's lies that lubricate the cruelly toothed gears of society, you see.

3. Severus bowed his head so his hair fell forward past his face, and Regulus hastily swallowed the word "half-bloods" before it could get any further from his throat.

4. At twenty minutes after midnight, an exhausted, trembling, sweating Severus appeared on Sirius's doorstep.
