Is every character getting their own Big Bang now? I've seen Sirius, Severus, Ginny, Hermione, George (I think? might be wrong), I could swear there was a Weasleys-collectively one, and now Draco. Sheesh.

It's funny that while there was (is?) a Harry/Draco big bang (the original? I don't know the history), I don't see one that's just Harry.

I wondered about that, too. I know I'd never want to do a Harry BB because the only person I'll read Harry with is Snape. And anyone modding a Harry BB really should be willing to accept all Harry/everyone entries. But Harry is turning 30 next year so I imagine at some point someone will break down and arrange something.

I had thoughts about changing the Snarry-a-Thon into the BB format, but I don't think that's how I want that fest to go.

I wouldn't be interested in much of it either. I don't read any Harry het, and I'd expect a lot of Harry/Ginny and Harry/Hermione. Probably also a good deal of Harry/Draco, which while I would give a specific rec a go, I'm not terribly interested in as a matter of course. There'd probably be some Harry/Severus and I'd read that. I'd also take a stab at Harry/Sirius. Other various Harry slash pairings (other Weasleys, Cedric...) don't do it for me. Harry gen, well, I'd read mentor!Snape or suchlike, but um, there's the book series already if I want to read that. ;)

LOL. Yeah. There was a Harry/Draco Big Bang that was held for five rounds, but I've never seen one devoted solely to Harry. *g*

I really had thought I'd heard of it so I did make an effort to find it. ;)

But I totally agree that it's getting a bit silly. But whatever, it's more fic for people that like the characters. I am not going to read most of it of course. Frankly, I just mentioned to themostepotente that I really hate when single character fests turn into single pairing fests. Apparently the Draco one is filled with H/D people and little else. *sigh* I haven't yet seen all the Severus entries and naturally some pairings are more popular but I do feel like there is a bit of variety.

Severus gets around a bit more. ;) I'm hoping for some good /Sirius or /Lily there, but I expect to have to wade through some /Hermione to get to it.
