Severus/Lily - requited love, fluff or angst is fine. Passion, friendship, both being intellectual equals.

Severus/Regulus - redemption, snarky wit, gentle friendship, with both fighting/outwitting Voldemort (obviously). :)

That's... interesting. Aside from one silly joke ficlet (about 300 words IIRC) I've never written any Snarry, nor have I ever written any hurt/comfort that I can recall. Why do you think this would be something you'd love to see from me?
