Wow... a lot of people I follow must have respected the "Tumblr strike" today. I see about 1/3 the number of posts in my RSS reader as I usually would for the period ca. 9 AM to 9 PM.

I think a lot of people are just straight up leaving the platform, too - I sweeped my queue out and I deleted the app off my iPod and my phone this morning, because it's just not worth having if I have to panic and be worried about stuff.

The thing is, like, even if people aren't adult content creators, many of us also create content that's like, rated T or below? So many people's dashboards are gonna go abruptly very dark, and I expect people will start filtering away from the site in dribs and drabs.
