The sister of Vin Diesel comes to teach in Hogwarts! Her cousin Sirius Black is coming to teach too. How does she manage to bend Severus Snape of his behaviour?

[alternatively] Severus Snape is a lonely man. A new professor is in Hogwarts. But she's NO ordinary professor. She's the sister of Vin Diesel and has a temperament similar to Severus Snape, just... well... better. [was the summary of a deleted story by the same person that I assume is really the same story]

Bets taken here. Is it Narcissa, Andromeda, or Bellatrix? Whichever, I have my doubts any of them are "improvements" on Severus' temperament. As for "bending Severus Snape of his behaviour"... I think I will leave that as an exercise for the reader.


Slight Mary Sue alert! Just a little romance set in the Marauder era. Lots of fluff, just for fun, totally pointless story. Slight Alternate Universe. Rating for some sexuality in later chapters. Crossover story, mixed with some D&D.

Yes, I'm sure that despite its crossoverness there is only "slight" AU. Then again, I guess we could say that JKR already rolled a natural 1 on some parts of DH, so maybe you ARE right.


Harry is an inmat ejus released form prison. But for what price?

In trade for a copy of The Deluxe Transitive Vampire, I hope.


Time travel, Vampires, Magic stones, HPSS, Family what more could you want?

Canon compliance? Self-consistency? ANY KIND OF SENSE WHATSOEVER?


Hermione and Snape get bulky and fall in love. This is a major fluffy oneshot.

ETA: Apparently they mean straight-up weight gain, although I still am having a very hard time making sense out of it even though it's marked "humour".


Three friends embark on a journey. Along the way they will face many trials. Should one speak of his love for the other? Should faces be pierced? And, GASP, will they all be forced to share a room?

Sticking needles through each others' faces is nothing compared to having to maybe listen to each other snore! (Of course, I, as many others, was sorely tried by the Camping Trip That Never Ended, so maybe...)

Ever since I made an apple brown betty for Thanksgiving (instead of pumpkin pie, for once), I have not been able to get this bit of sketch dialogue from Space Mutiny (MST3K episode 820) out of my head:

Crow: Eat death, Servo!
Servo: Eat munchy crunchy chocolatey cocoa death, Crow!
Crow: Enjoy a nice serving of brown betty with death! But, but mostly eat death.

That's usually the sort of thing I think of when I think of someone "eating death". Like "eating lead" means "getting shot".

...Dumb choice for terrorist/cult name Y/N?

(I gotta say, though, that "Mangemorts" has a certain ring to it.)
