The trip to Ireland has fallen through for a second year (the organizer cites too-high airfare), so it looks like I'm going to be going to Lubricus after all, assuming there are registration spaces still available.

The next round for this particular thing would be next year. *shrug* At this point I am considering giving up on the idea (although having a tour led by an ex-pat, which Mike is, is nice) and planning something on our own, which TBH would probably land me in northern England at some point (must giggle over places named "Snape"!) rather than Ireland (although I do want to go to Ireland).
It's a shame you won't be able to headto Ireland. It's such a beautiful country. I love so many things about it - the music, literature, art, gorgeous scenery...I hope you'll be able to go there one day.
