I don't believe I'm saying it but the Eleventh looks much better in his costume :)

I've seen the trailer and the movie doesn't feel like Harry Potter to me, so I think I'll pass. Maybe I'm too old now.

You know your own feeling best, of course, but I don't think age itself need be a factor. I was an adult when I first encountered Harry Potter (age 23), and when I actually entered the fandom in earnest in 2007 (when I was 28), there were others in their 40s, 50s, even early 60s I think.

That said, I'm having a hard time getting worked up about Fantastic Beasts too, but I think it's more fatigue of good will about the franchise than it is age per se.

Maybe you're right and it's not age at all. I just don't seem to be interested in anything in the franchise after the last movie aired; and, to be honest, I'm not even the biggest fan of the few last films. I still read fanfiction but never went into Pottermore and now "Fantastic Beasts" leaves me cold. Well, maybe something will change in the future.
