'Lucius? Lucius Malfoy?' he asked as Snape's eyebrow rose steadily into his back hair.

Wow! That's limber, even considering that I think he's supposed to be somewhere in his twenties at this point.

It would be humourous exaggeration at that point, since the whole fic had a kind of wry tone to it.

Still I'm amused at the image of Severus with two black caterpillars over his eyes.
