I posted a couple polls in azkatraz_ssle here. Please go have a look if you're interested in an SS/LE meetup at Infinitus. (I still haven't got my act together on renaming the community *sigh*)

Has anyone heard rumblings about repeats of other meetups that were at Azkatraz, like azkatraz_snape, azkatraz_hpss, azkatraz_hpdm? I'll want to keep an eye out to avoid their meetup times, if so.

Snapecast will probably do a meetup, but date and time haven't been thought about yet. I think we were talking about having something informal, like snacks in one of our hotel rooms maybe? Because, yeah, we will be trapped in a hotel in the middle of nowhere!

Cool. Well, I'll keep an eye out. I definitely want to be able to go to Snapecast, so I don't want to get into a schedule conflict.

I second what lampblack says. chaeche is emphatic about a Snape meetup as there has always been one of some sort at every con she's attended.
